A few weeks ago, APS announced that they would be placing holds on disconnects. Below you will find a list of available programs and resources that may provide assistance.

 

  • APS will not disconnect residential customers for non-payment between June 1, 2019 and October 15, 2019, although they remain responsible for making payments in a timely manner.
  • Available Resources: If you or someone you know needs assistance staying current on their APS bill, help is available with assistance programs, community resources and payment arrangements.
  • Helpful Programs: You can find ways to manage your bill with programs like AutoPay, Budget Billing and Preferred Due Date. Or, make sure you’re on the right plan with ourPlan Comparison tool.
  • Supporting Friends & Family: If you know someone who lives alone or relies on a support network, help them sign up for Safety Net so a designee of their choice can receive bill reminders and service alerts.
